Returns

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery for unused and undamaged products. Customers must contact us before returning any item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Customized Products

Because each customized product is handmade specifically for you, customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue or the item arrives damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping

If the return is requested due to personal preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by our mistake (such as receiving a wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
